Bush Fire Service (BFS) volunteers play a significant and vital role in helping to ensure their local communities are safe. As a volunteer you will be fully trained and equipped to carry out a range of activities including:
Responding to bush and scrub fires Structural firefighting Controlled burns Fire prevention Supporting other emergency services when required.
