
Marine Rescue volunteers play a significant and vital role in helping to ensure their local communities are safe. The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for keeping the local community informed of what’s going on at Marine Rescue Kalbarri. Using social media and direct media services, the Social Media Coordinator will:· Engage with an online audience.· Promote unit services and safety messaging.· Keep the community up to date with unit activities.· Abide by the DFES Social Media and Code of Conduct policies.· Attend training and social events, when available, to capture appropriate visual content and develop and continue social media engagement.· Liaise with group management.
