Northam VFRS are looking for 'Active Firefighters'. Applicants need to have some physical fitness as tasks required at times can be physically demanding (ie. dragging hose, wearing firefighting gear, working in hot conditions).

We will provide free training and ongoing support in all aspects of being a fire & rescue volunteer. All training and firefighting gear is supplied for free.

    Northam VFRS meet every Monday night with varied tasks each week: 1st Monday of month - Meeting, 2nd Monday - Training, 3rd Monday -Vehicle Checks, 4th Monday - Training. New applicant are encouraged to attend all nights.
