The Role of Training Co-ordinator is a support role within the Unit and includes the following roles….

Work with the existing training officer:-

  • in the planning and co-ordination of training opportunities for the Unit.
  • development and implementation of training exercises.
  • maintain members training records.

This is a support role and will not be required to deliver the training.

Requirements

  • National Police Certificate *

Experience in emergency services would be an advantage, but not necessarily
Clear communications skills required.
Good time management and co-ordination skills required.

    Regular - more than 6 months

  • Time Required

    Approx. 2 hrs per week. Ability to work remotely or from the SES building. Attend unit bi-monthly meetings (Thurs evenings)

  • Training

    Initial and ongoing training and support will be provided.
