Fire and Emergency Services volunteers respond to a range of local emergencies including bushfires, floods, vehicle accidents and land searches for missing persons. Each unit has been designed to meet the needs of their local community.

There are both responder and support roles available, depending on your location and the current need.

Requirements

  • National Police Certificate *

Due to the nature of the role you will need to reside within 20kms of the townsite.

    You will be required to attend regular training and emergency call-outs when you can.

    Training takes place every Wednesday 6-8pm
