Response roles may include:

  • Flood boat
  • Storm and water damage teams
  • Land search teams
  • Fire ground support
  • Vertical Rescue
  • Communications

Support roles may include:

  • Administration
  • Social media and public relations
  • Public and community education
  • Facility and vehicle housekeeping
  • Radio Support


  • National Police Certificate *

  • Time Required

    Availability to attend training and meetings on evenings / weekends. Flexible and can be available at short notice.

  • Training

    Tuesday evenings 7pm - 9pm and some weekends. Training is provided depending on the volunteer role.
